Deloitte & Touche LLP, a division of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd., announced today that it has acquired cybersecurity company Root9B LLC for an undisclosed price. Founded in 2011, Root9B offers a range of cybersecurity products, services and training with what it describes as a “revolutionary human-led, technology-accelerated approach.” The company’s main offering, called “Orkos,” provides what it said is a cost-effective way to manage and reduce risk without adding complexity to a security stack.
