Facebook Boots More Sneaky ‘Bad Actors’ While Leaving Others In Plain Sight

The world’s social media champion says it recently purged 32 pages linked to misinformation and ‘inauthentic’ behavior on its platforms, but critics argue that Facebook still has lots of unraveling to do, plus some key decisions to make around what is ‘good’ or ‘bad’ content. Facebook announced today that it has deleted a number of accounts and pages that seemingly trace back to insincere, deliberately covert operators and advertisers, who may or may not be linked to Russia.
