Blackbaud announced it has acquired global social impact technology company EVERFI in a cash and stock transaction for approximately $750 million, subject to certain customary adjustments. EVERFI, headquartered in Washington, D.C., has pioneered the field of Impact-as-a-Service (IaaS).
