APT29, known as Cozy Bear, has allegedly breached the computer systems of the Republican National Committee (RNC), according to reports. APT29, which has been linked to Russia’s foreign intelligence service and has been previously accused of also hacking the Democratic National Committee in 2016 as well as carrying out the supply chain attack on SolarWinds Corp.
