The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has adopted recommendations on measures around transfer tools which aim to assist controllers and processors acting as data exporters. During its 41st plenary session, the EDPB adopted recommendations which will essentially ensure a level of protection for data being transferred outside of Europe.
